Boe-Therm A/S manufactures water-based and oil-based Temperature Control Units (TCUs) for industrial processes. Founded in 1961, the company has delivered over 80,000 units worldwide. Boe-Therm's core capability is custom-configured TCUs with 3-4 week lead times from in-house production — combining the flexibility of bespoke engineering with the speed of standard product delivery.
TEMP 90XS: Compact plug-and-play TCU up to 90°C. TEMP 95: Configurable water TCU, 4.5–36 kW heating, up to 95°C. TEMP 95XL: High-capacity steel frame water TCU up to 95°C. TEMP 120: Pressurized water TCU for engineering plastics, up to 120°C. TEMP 140: Magnetic pump pressurized water TCU, up to 140°C. TEMP 160: Pressurized water TCU with multiple configurations, up to 160°C.
TEMP 300: Oil TCU up to 300°C. TEMP 350L: Oil TCU up to 350°C, heating capacities up to 96 kW.
Temperature range: 90°C to 350°C across product lines. Temperature precision: ±0.1°C. Heat transfer media: Water, thermal oil, glycol mixtures. Heating capacities: 4.5 kW to 96 kW. Machine operating lifetime: 30+ years. Control: Elotech RS7100 controller with PLC integration options (Profinet, Modbus).
Injection moulding (mould temperature control), die casting (die temperature regulation), rubber and silicone processing, food and beverage production, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, composites and extrusion, textile, printing and lamination.
